By joining Platform Pilates, members automatically accept and agree to be bound by these conditions of membership.
Management reserves the right to alter, amend or change the Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version on this website is the most up to date available.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Payment and monthly fees
1.1) Full payment is required in advance of any training programme beginning, regardless of usage.
1.2) Payments are non-refundable, in whole or in part, except where a refund is required by law.
1.3) Memberships are non-transferable.
1.4) Memberships can be frozen for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 6 months. This request must be made in writing no sooner than 7 days before renewal is due.
1.5) 14 days’ notice is required of intention to terminate membership.
1.6) Any failed or overdue payments must be cleared before booking sessions or cancelling memberships.
Booking classes
2.0) All members must book sessions via LegitFit in advance of attending.
2.1) Should you book a class and not attend, your class credit will be deducted from your account.
Use the timetable page to choose your studio and book through LegitFit. Your booking, payment, credits and confirmation are handled by LegitFit. Loading a timetable or following a link does not reserve a space.
Cancel at least 24 hours before your class through LegitFit to get your class credit back. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you lose that class credit.
Join the waitlist in LegitFit. If a space becomes available, you’ll receive an email offering you the place.
Responsibility for your personal belongings
3.1) Platform Pilates will not be held responsible for lost or stolen items.
3.2) Bikes and cars are parked at your own responsibility.
Members’ responsibilities
4.1) Please do not attend the studio if you are displaying symptoms of COVID-19, a cold or flu.
4.2) Please do not attend the studio if you have a family member or somebody in close contact displaying COVID-19 symptoms.
4.3) You are responsible for your own behaviour. Rude or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave the studio.
4.4) Please act responsibly when using equipment, including the reformer. Misusing or tampering with equipment will lead to expulsion from the studio and may incur financial costs to replace equipment.
4.5) All medical conditions must be discussed with your instructor before classes. This allows for modifications to be made for exercises on the reformer. This includes pregnancy.
Class passes and studio locations
Ebrington and Coleraine have separate LegitFit timetables and pass links. Check the location before choosing a class or purchasing a pass. Ebrington passes can only be used at Ebrington, and Coleraine passes can only be used at Coleraine.
Passes cover any class at the studio they were purchased for, subject to class suitability and availability.
Check your chosen pass in LegitFit for its expiry and full terms before you pay.
